Definitions:  

Full Membership shall be limited to any person, firm, partnership, corporation, sole proprietorship business organization, or other entity which is engaged in growing grapes for commercial use (one acre or more). 

Associate  Membership shall be limited to other persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, sole proprietorships, business organizations, government organizations, or other entities not meeting the criteria for full membership, and conducting business or eduction related to and having a primary purpose of grape growing.

 Allied Industry Membership shall be all other persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, sole proprietorships, business organizations, or other entities not meeting the criteria for full or associate membership but offer goods and services to the grape growing or grape processing industries.
