Full Membership shall be limited to any person, firm, partnership, corporation, sole proprietorship business organization, or other entity which is engaged in growing grapes for commercial use (one acre or more).
Associate Membership shall be limited to other persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, sole proprietorships, business organizations, government organizations, or other entities not meeting the criteria for full membership, and conducting business or education related to and having a primary purpose of grape growing.
Allied Industry Membership shall be all other persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, sole proprietorships, business organizations, or other entities not meeting the criteria for full or associate membership but offer goods and services to the grape growing or grape processing industries.
Arkansas Quality Wine (AQW) program Wine competition
The AQW wine competition for commercial wines produced in Arkansas made from 90% Arkansas-grown grapes will be held each year. Not only will the appearance, aroma and tastes of the wines be evaluated by expert wine judges, but the wines will also have to meet composition standards and mandated regulations.
2026 Native and Hybrid Grape Field Day
The University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture (UADA) and Arkansas Association of Grape Growers (AAGG) are hosting a Native and Hybrid Grape Field Day on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 from 1:00-7:00 pm at Rusty Tractor Vineyards (10 Rusty Tractor Lane, Little Rock, AR 72210). Registration is required, and the deadline to register is July 21, 2026. The Field Day includes dinner and is $30/person for nonmembers and $20/person for AAGG members/UA employees and students. Registration and payment are two separate tasks.Please complete this registration form at click here. 2022 AAGG Annual Conference
The 2022 AAGG Conference, Trade Show and Experience a Taste of Arkansas Quality Wines is November 10, 2022 in Springdale, AR at Sassafras Springs Vineyard and Winery (6461 East Guy Terry Road, Springdale, AR 72764). Registration is $50/person for AAGG members/University of Arkansas employees or students and $100/person for nonmembers and includes lunch and the wine tasting. Vendors can exhibit at the conference for $200.
Conference Sponsorships
Individuals and companies can sponsor conference events. Sponsors will be recognized in the conference program and during the conference.
Scholarship Fund Sponsorships
Individuals and companies can donate to the AAGG scholarship fund to provide AAGG annual scholarships to University undergraduate and graduate students majoring in topics related to grape and wine production.
